Zusammenfassung: | rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: fluororubber (SKF-32 or SKF-26) is dissolved in mixture of alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer and copolymerizable oligoester-acrylate at weight ratio (0.85-0.97):(0.03-0.15) and the total is then subjected to bulk copolymerization at ambient temperature in presence of peroxide or hydroperoxide initiator and activator: tertiary aromatic amine or a variable-valence metal salt. In addition, paraffin solution in organic solvent is used. Subsequent molding is accomplished using free-casting technique accompanied with copolymerization, weight ratio of fluoroelastomer to alkyl (meth)acrylate/oligoester-acrylate acrylate mixture being (0.1-0.4):1. EFFECT: enabled manufacture of voluminous solid products, thick films and coatings showing high level of resistance against heat, wear, shock, and corrosive media. 3 tbl, 11 ex |
