SUBSTANCE: proposed head has intermediate housing with cylindrical space and through holes secured on clutch housing and rigidly connected with flange mounted on air supply union for relative rotation, metal diaphragm with holes located between intermediate housing and flange, flexible diaphragm placed in cylindrical space of intermediate housing for engagement with metal diaphragm and noise damper enclosing intermediate housing and flange with clearance, space of noise damper being connected with space of intermediate housing. To simplify design, improved reliability and safety and increase service life, noise damper can be made in form of at least two concentrically arranged noise damping bushings with slots on their cylindrical surfaces and end face space-forming designed for engagement with said bushing at their fastening on end face plane of clutch housing. Slots of noise damping bushings are displaced relative to each other in axial and angular directions. Head can be furnished with lock in form of pin with heads passing through thickness of noise damping bushings.
