The method includes determination of the terms for fibrinous clot lysis at plasminogenic activation by streptokinase. Moreover, fibrin- monomer at 1.0-10.0 g/l concentration is used as a source of fibrinous clot development. The method enables to detect plasminogenic concentration according to the terms of fibrinous clot lysis despite fibrinogenic concentration in the plasma tested.
