Zusammenfassung:	plastic metal working, namely, apparatuses for three-dimensional bending of rods, possibly for making complex-configuration articles, for example clamps for rail fastening. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes base onto which are placed: die, mechanism for feeding blank and mechanism for discharging ready product in the form of tie rod with drive unit. In through openings of base descending stops are arranged. Said stops are provided with drives for their vertical motion. Shaping members are in the form of elongated plates jointly connected with drive mechanisms. Shaping members are mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion along horizontal guides. Slide supporting punch is mounted on upper base. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, enhanced efficiency of apparatus. 11 cl, 3 dwg
