Zusammenfassung:construction of piles foundation. SUBSTANCE: process includes drilling of hole, setting of reinforcement in the form of tube, injection of cement-sand mud till pure solution erupts from hole mouth and pressure testing of hole. Novelty of process lies in manufacture of reinforcement skeleton in the form of tube-injector with broadened, sharpened tip with injection holes. Tube-injector is sunk into hole to projected depth. In this case diameter of tube-injector is twice-three times smaller than diameter of hole. Broadened, sharpened tip has diameter 0.8-0.9d and height 4.0-5.0d, where d is diameter of hole. Injection holes have diameter 0.08-0.12d and are positioned in staggered arrangement at distance 0.5-1.0d from lower end of tube-injector. Injection holes with diameter 0.08-0.11d are located in upper part of broadened tip. EFFECT: enhanced bearing capacity of pile. 6 dwg
