Zusammenfassung: | protective coatings. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extrusion-mediated coating on metallic surfaces preheated to temperature going from 120 C to about 250 C. For coating is used thermoplastic composition containing (i) 50 to 100 wt % of polyester with molecular weight 10000-5000, vitrification temperature from about -30 C to about 120 C, melt viscosity about 75-150 Pa*s at 240 C, melt index 20-200 g/10 min at 200 C, and softening temperature 120-200 C and (ii) 0 to 15 wt % of modifying polymer selected from group including epoxy polymer with equivalent weight 500-3000, fenoxy polymer, acrylic polymer with molecular weight 15000- 100000, polyolefin with molecular weight 15000-100000, and their mixtures. Preliminarily melted thermoplastic composition at 100-120 C is extruded on metallic surface and then temperature is slowly raised to 180-240 C to form coating 1 to 40 mcm thick. Coated surface is heated temperature from 250 to 550 C during about 5 to 30 sec. Coated material is further shaped into products.
