SUBSTANCE: ventilation system of punch includes outlet holes, annular ventilation gaps between inserts, receiver in the form of annular groove on inner surface of punch and annular grooves on lateral surfaces of inserts. Annular surfaces on lateral surfaces of inserts are connected one with another, with receiver and with outlet holes through radial passages in horizontal plane of inserts. Ventilation system of die includes annular ducts and vertical grooves on lateral surfaces of inserts connected with annular receiver and with outlet holes of die holder through radial ducts on ends of holder and inserts. Such ventilation system provides optimal gas removal out of cavities of press-mold. Casting is cooled through punch. Cooling agent is fed through receiver in base of punch and nozzles arranged in ducts of insert. Heated air and vapor are discharged through duct passing along axis of punch base. Cooling of punch allows to decrease duration of cycle for casting billets. EFFECT: shortened cycle for casting billets. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
