Zusammenfassung:medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: a half-moon incision is made on the border of vestibule of vagina and perineum. Anterior rectal wall and anterior portion of levators are mobilized. Crimping sutures are performed upon anterior rectal wall. Anterior portion of levators is sutured by tightening up rectal wall in cranial direction. The excess of rectal mucosa is transanally mobilized along anterior half circle by descending it into anal canal. Excessive mucosa is resected. Mucous edges are sutured up to superior edge of anal canal. The method enables to normalize evacuatory rectal function. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 ex
