SUBSTANCE: device has synchronizing pattern decoder, phasing unit, generator equipment, as well as newly introduced random-access memory, adjustment and diagnostics unit, device for saving criteria of pulling in synchronism and that for saving criteria of pulling out of synchronism. Frame synchronization device enables synchronization of various data transmissions with asynchronous integration of digital streams of first to fourth layers recommended by International Telegraphic Consultative Committee Code (ITCC Blue Book) and also nonstandard data transmissions organized in conjunction with relaying lines referred to as radio cycles.
