SUBSTANCE: proposed stand includes bed frame, unit provided with motion drive and used for engagement with specimens which are engageable in their turn with measuring electrodes and support for mounting them. Said unit is made in form of eccentric shaft to which voltage is fed; support for mounting of at least one specimen is spring-loaded and is so located that specimen embraces eccentric shaft.
