SUBSTANCE: method comes to blowing through of melt in gas lift-reaction zone with formation of gas-saturated flow of melted slag circulating through charge zone. Material to be processed is fed into charge zone under descending melted slag flow in crushed form. Mass flow rate on melted slug should exceed 100 t per ton of charged material, and gas saturation of foam layer of slag melt should be greater than 0.3. to provided higher oxidizing potential of blowing, oxygen flow coefficient alpha is taken exceeding 1.1.
