SUBSTANCE: a suggested equipment contains an intraosseous fixator with a sharpened cylindrical body with a fixing element inside the latter as a monolithic rod with whiskers-hooks from the one side and a thread opening from the other side. Equipment is supplied with a compression nut, a fixing support with face teeth to be located upon a sharpened cylindrical body under a compression nut, a detachable mechanism to install and remove an intraosseous fixator designed as a body with a groove, a nut with a groove-located bead, a body-installed handle, a dowel with a stopping screw to fix the dowel against turning over and pulling. A nut has a thread connection with a dowel to move a monolithic rod at drawing whiskers-hooks out and in from a sharpened cylindrical body, and the latter is designed with channels for whiskers-hooks from the one side and a thread section for a compression nut from another side and with flats for a groove of a fixing support. Whiskers-hooks in their cross-section are trapezoidally shaped and draw out of a fixator's body in a fan-like type. The innovation provides more reliable fixation and compression of fractures to the main bone, improved conditions and shortened period of operational interference and exclusion of repeated shifts.
