SUBSTANCE: method includes molding and sintering of pellets from uranium dioxide powder; prior to molding superdispersed UO2 powder having mean crystal size not over diffusion length of uranium vacancy within time of molded pellet exposure to sintering temperature is added to UO2 powder having specific surface area of particles of at least 2.0 sq. m/g in the amount of up to 30% of mixture obtained.
