SUBSTANCE: proposed sensitive element has first plate comprising two parts, immobile and mobile, joined by elastic joint and having current-conductive surfaces, differential capacitive position converter with immobile electrodes on second and third plates. First and second immobile electrodes are positioned on second plate. Third and fourth immobile electrodes are put on third plate. One part of differential capacitive position converter is formed by first and second immobile electrodes and one current-conductive surface of mobile part, its second part is formed by third and fourth immobile electrodes and second current-conductive surface of mobile part.
