Zusammenfassung: | non-ferrous metallurgy; production of aluminum. SUBSTANCE: melt aluminum and silicon oxides is obtained by silicon oxidation energy; they are reduced, thus obtaining intermediate product of melting process in form of aluminum- silicon alloy; this product is treated by reagent forming compound of aluminum with reagent and reagent is separated from aluminum which is removed as finished product and reagent is returned to process. Silicon remaining after removal of aluminum is used for subsequent melting of charge and obtaining mixture of aluminum and silicon oxides. Used as reagent for treatment of intermediate product is aluminum chloride and aluminum chloride thus formed is removed in gas phase. Silicon is oxidized in the amount of no less than 30 mas.% of total mass of aluminum-silicon alloy. Pure quarts is introduced into charge for forming melt from aluminum and silicon oxides.
