Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:ferrous metallurgy; converter steelmaking. SUBSTANCE: converter steelmaking method includes top blowing of melt in converter by oxygen through multi-nozzle tuyere, delivery of slag-forming materials and coolant to melt and changing position of tuyere in way of blow above level of killed bath. Height of position of tuyere above level of melt in killed bath in the course of blowing is set according to empirical dependences: and where H1 and H2 are magnitudes of weight of position of tuyere above level of melt in killed bath at 1st and 2nd periods of blowing, respectively, m; K1 is empirical coefficient equal to 0.65 to 0.79; K2 is empirical coefficient equal to 0.48 to 0.65; daut is diameter of outlet hole of tuyere nozzle; mm; dcr is critical diameter of tuyere nozzle, mm; "n" is number of tuyere nozzles; alpha is angle of inclination of nozzle axis relative to longitudinal axis of tuyere, deg.; D is present magnitude of diameter of lining of inner cavity of converter, m; Q1 and Q2 are present magnitudes of flow rate of oxygen at 1st and 2nd periods of blowing, respectively, cu.m/t.min. Flow rates of oxygen Q1 and Q2 may be similar or different. EFFECT: optimization of converter steelmaking process and slag formation; reduced loss of iron in melt; reduced consumption of metal charge; enhanced resistance of converter lining. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
