SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method of regeneration of solvent in the process of direct synthesis of alkoxysilanes from depleted reaction mass. Reaction mass is diluted with alkoxysilane, slag is filtered off, alkoxysilane is distilled off from solution and alcohol is added to alkoxysilane. Obtained emulsion is settled to separating and solvent is separated from polyalkoxysilanes alcoholic solution followed by its recovery to process. Method provides extraction of polyalkoxysilanes in the process of purification of solvent as commercial product. EFFECT: improved method of regeneration, simplified technology, absence of additional stages of solvent treatment. 4 ex
