SUBSTANCE: speed-brake flap panel 1 with two spars 4 connected by means of transversal load-bearing beam with attachment unit 9 of controllable hydraulic cylinder rod mounted on it. Spars are mounted on the outside of panel 1; they have box-shaped section with outer walls 12 converging towards axis of symmetry of speed-brake flap. Inner walls 8 have bend in area of location of attachment unit 9 of controllable hydraulic cylinder rod and section of spars has maximum area here. Transversal load-bearing beam is sectional in construction: attachment unit 9 of hydraulic cylinder located between inner walls of spars 4 and inserts 11 connected with them over butts and mounted inside cavities of box sections of spars 4.
