At least one swirler is installed in the front chamber of the built-up window-frame outside in the flow of outdoor air. The built-up frame is made at least with a single opening facing outside and at least with a single opening facing inside. EFFECT: provided sufficient ventilation of room even at operation of open furnace units and at operation of air exhausters. 10 cl, 3 dwg
