SUBSTANCE: supporting unit of apparatus is in the form of changeable ring whose inner diameter is equal to outer diameter of welded adapter and it is mounted over heater coaxially with it. Over ring coaxially to it roller-type expanding tool is mounted. Said tool includes changeable expanding rollers placed inside ring. Under chamber coaxially to supporting unit lifter is mounted. Rod of lifter introduces to chamber until upper end of heater. Changeable stand is mounted on rod end; said stand is designed for placing and fixing welded adapter. Changeable stand is mounted on supporting rod made of set of rings; end surfaces of said rings are covered with heat insulation coating. Lifter may have hydraulic or mechanical drive.
