SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating parts until welding temperature corresponding to quenching temperature of elastic material; contracting them; performing isothermal soaking and cooling at rate corresponding to cooling rate at quenching elastic material; after achieving temperature 250-300 C realizing additional isothermal soaking for 2-3 h.
