SUBSTANCE: the automatic small arms has a receiver with a butt, barrel with a housing, gas chamber, ejector with air ducts on the barrel (for air cooling), block carrier with a block, cartridge feed, return and trigger mechanisms. The ejector air ducts are positioned symmetrically relative to the vertical plane coinciding with the barrel axis; the upper and lower barrel ribs are wider than the side ribs. Slots are made in the ribs above the tapered flash absorber, and the ejector housing is flush-mounted with the flash absorber section. EFFECT: reduced dispersion of shots (improved close grouping of shots), reduced deviation of the hitting point of shots at barrel heating in different atmospheric conditions (rain, snow, wind), reduced total gravity load on the crew. 4 dwg
