The additional light-returning members are greater in height than the basic light-returning members. The additional light-returning members are designed as at least one light-returning structure with sharp or rounded tip which supporting apices are covered with temporary anti-adhesive paper, or with substrate, or with substrate having anti-adhesive paper fixed on the external surface.
