Pharmaceutical remedy as active ingredient contains the target product in effective quantity as it is produced by the claimed method being in this way low molecular weight animal spinal cord tissue hydrolysate fraction containing amino acid complex in 2.0 to 4.0 mg/ml concentration and peptide complex in 6.0 to 8.0 mg/l concentration.
