Zusammenfassung: | thermal treatment of metal articles. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment designed for thermal treatment of articles with high-frequency current to reconstruct geometry ( reduction ) and for thermal treatment of tubular articles, specifically, cylinder sleeves of internal combustion engines. Technical result of invention lies in increase of quality of reconstruction of hollow cylindrical articles thanks to formation of temperature gradient along axis of hollow cylinder and to limitation of radial enlargement of dimensions of article during heating by control over velocity of vertical reciprocating motion and rotation of cooled matrix in horizontal plane. Plant for thermal treatment of hollow cylindrical articles includes mobile carriage, loading and unloading mechanism, inductor, device to supply and discharge cooling fluid, separable matrix with split inserts and external enclosure put with its lower part on carriage for vertical reciprocating motion and for turn in horizontal plane. Impeller is mounted in upper part of matrix. Water-supplying nozzles are mounted on matrix enclosure for adjustment of their angle of turn in horizontal plane. Carriage is joined by separable bracket comprising mobile and immobile flanges to mobile cross-piece with locating arm being fixed on end of lever of cross-piece. In this case cross-piece is installed in guiding supports and is coupled to motion drive and inductor is matched with hardening sprayer and is mounted under matrix for relative movement inside it. Carriage is put on shaft supported in bearings in mobile flange. EFFECT: considerably raised quality of reconstruction of treated articles. 1 cl, 4 dwg |
