Zusammenfassung:	testing of machine parts. SUBSTANCE: stand has pulse generator, monitoring and control panel, recording unit, electric and air supply sources, base for fastening unit of air-dynamic actuator (gyropilot) with open air intakes and control surfaces. Control surface loading mechanism is provided. Spring of control surfaces loading mechanism is arranged in two movable posts coaxially with axis of rotation of control surfaces of each control channel of actuator (gyropilot) under checking. Spring is secured at one side on control surface blade through union fork, and at other side, in post with inserts clamped by screws. In implementing the method, parameters of transient process in actuator (gyropilot) at execution of control pulse are measured.
