SUBSTANCE: method of treatment of sugar-raw clarification involves preparing milk of lime by lime slaking with an aqueous solution containing a supplement of sugar-raw affination outflow taken in amount 0.07-0.7% to mass of quicklime, addition of milk of lime to sugar-raw clarification and saturation. Technological indices of treated clarification and milk of lime are improved in the process of clarification treatment. This results to enhancement of purity, decrease of chromacity of treated clarification, increase of solubility, activity and rate of lime slaking. Also, loss of sucrose in lime slaking is decrease, stability is increased and viscosity of milk of lime is decreased. EFFECT: improved method of treatment, decreased consumption of lime. 2 tbl, 2 ex
