The received data are used for evaluating index of systolic function of the left ventricle, index of local contractility disorders of the left ventricle, index of remodeling processes of the left ventricle. Mean value of the calculated indices is calculated. The value is used for evaluating myocardium state. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in evaluating light, moderate and marked dysfunction severity. 1 tbl
