Zusammenfassung:manufacture of dispersed-type fuel cores from uranium oxide grit uniformly distributed in aluminum matrix. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of source uranium oxide powders and aluminum followed by extrusion of mixture obtained. Mixture is prepared in portions for each core and extrusion is made in two phases. During first phase feed is extruded at specific pressure of 0.8 to 1.2 t/sq. cm in conical matrix whose mean diameter is 0.2 mm smaller than that of conical matrix for second phase. During second phase core is extruded to desired size. Vacuum annealing of feed is effected during interval between phases at temperature of 600 to 620 C for 1.5 to 2.5 h. Proposed method provides for dispensing with plasticizers and mechanical treatment. EFFECT: improved uniformity of nuclear fuel distribution in core, facilitated manufacture. 8 cl, 3 ex
