Stages of turbo-expander are communicated through heat exchangers. Distributed expansion is performed in turbo-expander is articulated with consumer. Group of heat exchangers mounted after each stage of turbo-expander are combined in heat-transfer agent loop passing through cooling tower. Second group of heat exchangers is combined by loop of heat-transfer agent passing through heat exchanger found after compressor.
