Members 7-9 are chosen so that members 7-8 installed between movable plate 3 and intermediate plate 4 are first to absorb impact energy and then members 9 mounted between intermediate and fixed plates 4 and 5 do so; fastening members 10 designed for metered destructive force that secure fixed plate 5 to body are the last to absorb impact energy.
