Zusammenfassung:	electrified train. SUBSTANCE: device has main thyristor whose anode is connected to plus terminal of power supply and cathode, to first terminal of load; back diode connected in parallel opposition to main thyristor; and also two gate triggered thyristors. First of the latter has its anode connected to anode of main thyristor and second one has its cathode connected to minus terminal of power supply. Switching reactor is inserted between cathode of first of mentioned thyristors and anode of second one. In addition device is provided with two diodes. One of them has its anode connected to minus terminal of power supply and cathode, to cathode of first gate-triggered thyristor. Cathode of second diode is connected to cathode of main thyristor and anode, to anode of second gate-triggered thyristor. Second terminal of load is connected to minus terminal of power supply. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency attained by controlling switching processes of dc circuits. 1 dwg
