Zusammenfassung:mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method is aimed at providing mounting of hydroturbine equipment of high-power hydraulic turbines, pumping units and reversible hydraulic machines with vertical arrangement of working shaft and having metal scroll chamber. Proposed method of correction of shape of adjacent planes of hydraulic machines stator housing with elimination of "welding wave" on enlarging unit with scroll chamber and their mounting on foundations comes to power action onto humps and cavities at end faces of hydraulic machine stator housing is placed on foundations. Following the proposed method circumferences of upper and lower end faces of hydraulic machine stator are checked for defects of shape caused by welding deformations and for deviations from designed dimensions. Values of deviations are measured, lower anchorages of hydraulic machine holding stator housing to stator are installed without welding, designed position of stator housing is adjusted by driving wedges under foundation blocks and then steel lining with reinforcing cage of sucking out (sucking in) pipe cone is partially grouted to level at which foundation blocks suspended from stator are encased in concrete by one third of their height minimum, and lower anchorages of stator, by not less than half of their length. Concrete is cured until its hardness and strength is not less than 80%. Then enlarging unit is placed on foundation blocks and designed position of hydraulic machine stator is adjusted by driving pair wedges under stator opposite to humps on plane on lower flange of stator having maximum absolute value in height to arranged them at one level (in horizon) with required accuracy and absolute values of humps of plane of stator upper flange are measured. Simultaneously clearances between all upper pair adjusting wedges and plane of stator lower flange are measured by comparing positions of points cavities on plane of lower end face with points of humps on plane of upper end face. Then vectors of force action and points of their application of housing of hydraulic machine stator in zones of humps only are found by calculation, and part of bars of hydraulic machine stator lower anchorage holding the stator to housing in direction of force action vectors are secured by welding with vertical welds.
