Zusammenfassung:	veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: in case of mastitis, therapy in animals is conducted by preparation which contains, g/ml injection dose: oxytetracycline hydrochloride 0.0472, soft monoglyceride 0.03, distilled monoglyceride 0.03, oil - up to 1.0. The suggested preparation is obtained by dispersing antibiotic powder in an oily foundation (oil plus emulsifier) in a colloid mill to obtain homogeneous and stable suspension. Curative intracysternal injection dose corresponds to 5 and 10 ml. As a result of a daily single application of the suggested preparation the healing in animals is achieved in 1-5 d of therapy.
