SUBSTANCE: the unit has a horseshoe-shaped plate with two straight plates bent aside perpendicularly to its plane and positioned symmetrically relative to the axis of symmetry of the horseshoe-shaped plate. All the plates are made in the form of separate members interconnected by means of a threaded joint for preservation of rotary micromobility in the region of the pubic articulation and in all the mutually perpendicular directions; to this end the "ears" are bent aside in the plane of symmetry on the horseshoe-shaped plate and straight plates perpendicularly to their planes, holes are made in the "ears" for fixing screws.
