SUBSTANCE: invention provides piperazine derivatives having general formula I: (I), wherein R1 represents pyridyl or phenyl, optionally monosubstituted by phenyl, 2- or 3- thienyl, and R2 represents Ph1 or Het, which are dopamine ligands exhibiting selective activity with respect to D4 receptor and can be applied for treatment and prevention of anxiety states, depressions, schizophrenia, impulsive obsessions, Parkinson disease, delayed dyskinesia, nausea, and gastroenteric function disturbances.
