SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes piston pump whose housing is made of ebonite and in lower portion it is in the form of cylinder for placing piston plate and in upper portion housing is in the form of guide for placing piston rod with return spring. Upper portion of rod is provided with handle. Ebonite plate is arranged inside housing with gap; between said plate and lower portion of piston rod additional rod is placed. Said rod has pressure spring mounted on it and it is joined with ebonite plate by means of pin. Piston plate is provided with sealing rubber ring. Piston plate may be made of ebonite. Apparatus may irradiate weak electromagnetic field and also to create cupping effect. EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities of apparatus. 2 cl, 1 dwg
