The composition has derivatives of hydroxamic acid of the formula (I) where R1 and R2 mean C1-C5-alkyl group; R1 and R2 in common with nitrogen atom to which they are bound form piperidine ring; R3 is pyridinyl group; Y is hydroxyl group; X is halogen atom; R forms chemical bond with B; A is the group: where R4 is hydrogen atom; R5 is hydrogen atom; m = 0; n = 0 or its acidic additive salts formed by physiologically acceptable acids in mixture with one or more conventional solid or liquid filling agents.
