SUBSTANCE: method for processing solid aluminum-containing wastes comprises steps of charging waste to metallurgical vessel, drying them, supplying heat transfer agent; using empty vacuum ladle with detachable lid as metallurgical vessel; using melt metal as heat transfer agent; charging waste in quantity consisting 0.025-0.045 of mass of melt metal taken to vacuum ladle directly from aluminum cell. EFFECT: low-cost waste processing process, reduced power consumption, possibility for returning waste to main production process, enhanced extraction degree of metal to ready product.
