Cleaning is realized in reactor having set of mutually parallel soluble electrodes placed directly over electric flotation electrodes in lower portion of reactor. Upper portion of reactor is in the form of truncated cone supporting reservoir of slime trap. In upper opening of reactor there is lid in the form of reverse cone mounted with possibility of vertical motion and being buoyant.
