Novelty is additional even and odd safety relays in unit for monitoring track condition; additional safety relay in unit of outlet traffic light; transistorized switches; decoder and unit for data processing in the form of microprocessor for computing operations. Track cells and follower are provided with additional signaling lamps of different color, for example violet. Apparatus inhibits arrival of trains, for example with hazard cargoes, to tracks inhibited for their reception and inhibits train departure from station to open line inhibited for such departure and also provides monitoring of such train movement.
