Zusammenfassung:veterinary virology and biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: vaccine strain "SINLAK" of classic pigs plague virus is obtained by alternating passage of lapinized classic pigs plague virus of the strain Chinese in culture of cells PK-13, hybrids A4xC2 and adult rabbits. The strain is deposited in Collection of microorganisms VGNKI at registration name "SINLAK"-DEP. The strain "SINLAK" distincts both from industrial and early isolated epizootic strains of classic pigs plague virus. Virus of the strain "SINLAK" multiplicates good in rabbit body and transplanted cultures of cells PK-13 (to 5.0 lg TCD50/cm3) in hybrids A4xC2 (to 5.5 lg TCD50/cm3) and it retains the parent indices in successive passage in sensitive biological systems for 9- 10 passages (observation period). The strain shows the broad antigenic spectrum of effect, high biological and immunogenic activity and useful for preparing effective vaccine preparations.
