Agent is made in the form of biocompatible polymeric film involving the combined hydrophilic and hydrophobic layers. Hydrophilic layer has one or more sources of fluoride ions and antibacterial preparations. Agent has inorganic water-soluble fluorides of type MF, MF2, MF3, MF4, mixtures of inorganic fluorides of type MFx with MFy, organic fluorine-containing compounds and mixture of inorganic and organic fluorides as the source of fluoride ions. Agent has a plasticizer, prolonging substances and pH regulating components additionally. Agent shows anticaries and antibacterial effect and provides delivery of dosed amount of fluoride ions.
