Zusammenfassung:	handling radioactive wastes. SUBSTANCE: packing and transporting set has curled-edge cylindrical vessel, removable lid, sealing gasket, split hoop, and junction member. The latter is made in the form of brackets provided with lugs and secured on open ends of hoop. One of brackets has two lugs with coaxial holes and other bracket has only one lug with hole. Bracket lugs are made so that their hole axes are aligned by means of wrench for installing locking device in them. Provided on bracket-lug ends being aligned are cylindrical depressions to receive roller of bracing device (wrench) which is also provided with union clip. Curvature radius of wrench roller equals that of cylindrical depression for lugs. Hoop is riveted to brackets and locking device is made in the form of rod with cylindrical head and through hole to receive stud. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of waste sealing; reduced packing time. 3 cl, 4 dwg
