Zusammenfassung:optical radiation conversion for shaping images of objects in incoherent light. SUBSTANCE: optical system functions to obtain desired distortion of beam path by means of amplitude-phase mask incorporated in this system; to perform optoelectronic conversion of distorted image of object, and to subtract distortions brought in amplitude-phase mask and in optical system. Distortions are subtracted using matched spatial filtering of distorted image. Optical path of beam is distorted in direction close to or coinciding with orthogonal one relative to distortions caused by optical system defocusing and aberration. Provision is made for obtaining distortion function possessing rotation symmetry. Device implementing this method has optical system with at least one lens as well as series- connected means for distorting optical path of beam in the form of amplitude-phase mask, optoelectronic distorted-image converter, and means for subtracting distortions in the form of matched spatial filter. One of alternatives has amplitude mask made in the form of two coaxially mounted confocal lens rasters with lenses arranged in each of them over concentric circumferences. At least one of lens rasters is mounted for turning about optical axis of optical system through desired angle. Other design alternatives of amplitude-phase mask are available such as that in the form of optical diffraction cell wherein repetition rate of diffraction structure grooves depends on radius of respective circular zone with mentioned parameters of diffraction structure maintained constant in circular direction within mentioned zone.
