The fourth, fifth and sixth intercostal veins are ligated at the level of the sixth intercostal space. Venovenous anastomosis is created suturing the left gastric vein end in to the side of unpaired vein. Catheter is set into one of adducting branches of the left gastric vein. The mounted catheter is used in postoperative period for introducing rheologic preparations. EFFECT: improved graft blood supply; prevented anastomosis inconsistency. 6 dwg
