Temperature of nitrogen is then lowered to form vapor-liquid mixture. The latter is made circulate until temperature of cyst walls is no higher than -80 C at the depth 1-1.5 cm. For that. Temperature of gaseous nitrogen is lowered to temperature between -150 C and -163 C. EFFECT: enabled uniform freezing to a specified depth of parasite cyst wall. 14 cl
