INCLINATION ANGLE SENSOR

SUBSTANCE: sensor has first and second plane-parallel dielectric plates. One side of first plate has more than two symmetrical potential electrodes and other side has first detachable electrode. One side of second plane-parallel plate has second detachable electrode is hermetic cavity which is congruent to first one and first additional electrode. Other side of second plate has second additional electrode beyond hermetic cavity. First and second plates are interconnected, thus forming hermetic cavity which is partially filled with liquid which may be conducting and non-conducting. Detachable electrodes are located inside hermetic cavity on plates. All potential and detachable electrodes are connected with electronic circuit through conductor structures. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities of sensor due to measurement of angle of inclination within range from 0 to 360 deg in handling various liquids. 4 dwg
