SUBSTANCE: device consists of tube with springs and collar secured to it by means of fastening rings. Fastening rings are secured by pins. Upper fastening ring is made in the form of member embracing springs. Upper ends of springs are movable in axial direction during their compression. Collar has ports closed from internal side by plate flexible valves for pumping cement grout through them and their closing after completion of cement grout pumping. EFFECT: higher quality of well casing due to more complete filling of annular space of cavernous wellbore with cement grout. 2 dwg
