Zusammenfassung:	coal industry and power engineering. SUBSTANCE: includes suspension classifier, mill and water supply line for delivery of water to mill. Plant is provided with vertical wave vibrating mill with five chambers connected in succession and one-or two-mass vibrating system. Coal, water and plasticizing agent are fed to first chamber filled with balls, 40 mm in diameter. First, second and third chambers are separated by means of perforated partition with diameter of perforations of 10 mm. Second chamber is filled with balls, 40 mm in diameter. Third chamber is filled with three layers of balls, 30, 40 and 30 mm in diameter. Third chamber is separated from fourth chamber by means of perforated partition with perforations of 12 mm in diameter. Fourth chamber is filled with balls, 30 mm in diameter. It is separated from fifth chamber by means of perforated partition with 12-mm perforations. Fifth chamber is filled with balls, 23 mm in diameter; it is separated from mill by means of perforated partition with 8- mm perforations. As a result, composition containing 60 % of coal with particles of up to 45 mcm is obtained. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
